Primary goal(s)/motivation(s): Town of Kingsbury lost their Code Enforcement Officer which provided an opportunity for the muni's to look at "sharing" one officer. The Village employs the CEO while the Town reimburses 1/2 of the expenses.
What planning process preceded the sharing? Meetings and discussions. The CEO also performed the duties of the both muni's during the illness of the prior CEO for the Town.
What governance structures and/or agreements are required to maintain this agreement? Intermunicipal Agrement is in place which is reviewed periodically
