Challenges: The board is unbalanced as Schuylerville represents 76% and Victory 24% in anything to do with money. The board is divided equally and should be a fifth person. The IMA is in serious need of revision. The cooperation level is nil and the board has become disfunctional.
Benefits: From Schuylerville's standpoint...not much
Impact on budget: Other than the normal expense and EFC payment, it is okay...but the attorney fees to try and work things out....not good for the budget
Impact on labor: Our DPW crews work together on water breaks and the water plants have a small crew that is designated just for water
Impact on service: not sure there is any
