Canfield, AJ, Rachel Stein and Erin Tou (2016). Supporting Sullivan Seniors, Youth and Children, Cornell University Dept of City and Regional Planning and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County, NY.
The Supporting Sullivan Seniors, Youth, and Children project is the product of the collaboration of Engaged Cornell and the Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Sullivan County, under the supervision of Professor Mildred Warner. The project identified the current state of need of county residents, particularly children under 18, and seniors 65 and over. This report includes an historical and demographic analysis and interviews with service providers in the county. The focus is on disparities in accessibility and quality of services, opportunities, and supports between different age cohorts.
