The Department of Health and Human Services has developed a financial data reporting form (Form ACF-196), which States are required to submit no later than 45 days after the end of each quarter. States are also required by statute to report programmatic data such as caseload numbers and caseload demographics. These reports are available on the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Website.
